The night begins with a live tuna cutting show, where a master tuna swordsman will skillfully break down an entire bluefin tuna with traditional precision and artistry. Following the cutting, guests will indulge in a gorgeous 10-course dinner meticulously curated by our Executive Chef Daisuke Itagaki.
