Join us at Shimogamo for an exceptional four-course Wagyu dinner featuring premium cuts sourced from Kagoshima Prefecture and the renowned Yonezawa region. Our culinary team will present a thoughtfully curated menu that brings out the purity, depth, and elegance of true Japanese Wagyu.

The interplay between Wagyu and Japanese whisky creates a beautiful balance—rich, nuanced, and unmistakably Japanese. Discover the Omakase Sushi Course—a 14-course dining experience inspired by traditional sushi kaiseki, hand-crated by our head sushi chef.

The course begins with seasonal starters and appetizers, followed by a progression of single piece nigiri and maki, each thoughtfully selected and served to elevate the flavors of the fish. Available exclusively at Shimogamo Gilbert every Wednesday and Thursday starting June 25. Reservation required. Due to the nature of the course, we are unable to accomodate dietary restrictions or substitutions.

Join us on New Year’s Eve for an elevated dining experience offered exclusively at both our Chandler and Gilbert locations. Each location will feature a beautifully curated multi-course dinner highlighting premium seasonal ingredients, signature dishes, and the refined craftsmanship of Shimogamo.

Chandler will offer a $150 per person, NYE Course Dinner
